104th Precinct Community Council

Welcome to the official 104th Precinct Community Council website. This website will provide you with information about the Council.

The 104th Precinct Community Council is a civic organization administered by the New York City Police Department. Every police precinct in the City of New York must have a fully functioning community council. Community councils function as the liaison between their local precincts and the residents and business owners that live/operate within their jurisdiction. Styled as a town hall forum, everyone is welcomed to attend monthly meetings as well as frequent special community outreach events administered by the community council. Residents should forward their crime-related concerns, issues, and complaints to the community council in order to receive proactive solutions. Finally, everyone is eligible to become a member of their local community council.
